For standard sessions, we typically confirm your booking with a deposit to hold the time. If your session includes add-ons (multi-cam video, live mixing, or remote guest capture), prepayment may be requested to reserve engineering time.

You can reschedule with notice, and we’ll do our best to move your session to a new time slot. Late cancellations may impact deposits due to engineer scheduling and room availability.

We deliver your files via a secure download link, typically including both a stereo reference mix and isolated multi-tracks (if requested). You can choose WAV or high-quality MP3 depending on your workflow.

Yes—our main recording spaces are designed to support step-free access. If you have specific needs (door width, desk height, seating), let us know ahead of time and we’ll prep the room accordingly.

Absolutely. We can route remote guests into your headphone mix and record them as a separate track when possible. For best quality, we recommend your guests use wired headphones and a stable connection.

Yes. We can handle noise cleanup, leveling, EQ/comp, mouth-click reduction, and loudness targeting. If you want a full edit, we can remove long pauses, tighten pacing, and insert music/ads based on your notes.
