By accessing or using ReelVora (including booking tools, messages, and studio access workflows), you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
- If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services & Accounts
ReelVora provides a platform to discover, schedule, and manage podcast studio sessions. Availability, features, and supported
payment methods may change over time.
- Account integrity: You agree to provide accurate details and keep your information current.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Service changes: We may modify or discontinue features, temporarily or permanently, and may set limits on usage.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Booking confirmations are issued when your requested time slot is accepted and any required payment is authorized. Prices may
include taxes and service fees as displayed at checkout.
- Payment: You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for your booking and any approved add-ons.
- Late arrival: Your session time may not be extended if you arrive late. The studio may still be reserved for the next booking.
- No-shows: Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of booking fees where permitted by law.
- Cancellations: Cancellation windows and refund eligibility may vary by studio and are provided at the time of booking.
- Chargebacks: Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions while we investigate.
If you believe billing is incorrect, contact support promptly with booking details so we can review the transaction.
4. Studio Rules & User Conduct
Studios are shared professional environments. You agree to follow posted studio instructions and any safety or operational guidance
provided by staff or the host.
- Respect & safety: No harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior. Follow capacity limits and equipment handling rules.
- Property care: You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond ordinary wear.
- Lawful use: You may not use the studio or platform for illegal activity or to create unlawful content.
- Noise & neighbors: Adhere to building policies and local noise rules. Excessive disruptions may end a session early.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You own the rights to the recordings and creative content you produce in the studio, subject to third-party rights and any studio-specific
releases you may sign. ReelVora does not claim ownership over your recordings.
- Your content: You represent you have the rights needed to record, distribute, and publish your content.
- Platform materials: ReelVora’s name, logo, site design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Feedback: If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with third-party providers (for example, payment processors). Those providers may have their own terms
and privacy practices. ReelVora is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
- Third-party services are provided “as is” by their respective owners.
- We do not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the
Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Services, including recording quality, audience reach, or commercial results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelVora and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to ReelVora for the relevant booking, or the minimum amount required by law.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the extent permitted.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelVora and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses,
and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Services, including bookings and studio attendance;
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
- Your content, including allegations that it infringes third-party rights;
- Your conduct in connection with the studio, staff, or other guests.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure,
engaged in fraudulent behavior, or interfered with the integrity of the platform or studio operations.
- Termination may result in loss of access to certain features or account data, subject to applicable law.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ReelVora operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Where required, disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts with competent jurisdiction.
- If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
